Financial hardship in America, there is a solution!

October 22nd, 2007

All across America we are seeing the financial stress continue to fall on faithful hardworking families.  The frustrating part about this is that it seems that Americans in general don’t know really where to turn for help or education on the matter.  Especially when that unimaginable day comes when financial hardship strikes at the most unexpected times.

Rise Above Debt Relief www.riseabovedebtrelief.com is a nation wide company that helps individuals understand the options that are available to them during this financial hardship.  Not only do we help families and individuals get on a budget, we help educate on important financial steps that are necessary and that are not necessary.  We also help them get in the habit of saving money, and forming other good financial habits that are relative to their current situation.  We love to serve and help the American people when sometimes it doesn’t feel like there is any where to turn.

We would like to do some advertising or have a spotlight done on our company.  We are a Nationally based company and feel that we can help the average American Family regain solid financial ground for the future

Credit card reduction with debt negotiation

Rise Above Debt Relief’s program is easy and effective.  Here is a step by step overview of what you can expect when you sign up with us.

  1. Call for a free consultation.  We will assess your financial situation and determine your savings potential and educate you on your options.
  2. We will work with you to design a plan that is best for you considering very carefully all the things that may be  unique to your situation.  We will present to you a unique plan and monthly payment that is usually significantly less than your total monthly minimum payments you are currently paying.  The good news is the monthly payment under our program goes toward paying off your debt (not simply paying interest charges and fees. )  These funds will be saved every month in a new account that we arrange for you, but which you hold onto.
  3. Once you enroll in the “Debt Negotiation Program” we contract your creditors and are able to handle most of your creditor communications.  We provide you with an Orientation from a debt/credit information specialist.
  4. Once your savings account reaches a certain amount we begin negotiating with your creditors.  Typically, we can reduce your debts by 40-60% of your current balances.  You can constantly monitor progress online and we make ourselves easily available via phone and email to consult and help you with any of your debt and credit problems.
  5. Once we have negotiated a settlement, we receive a settlement letter from your creditor.  If you are happy with the settlement amount we have negotiated, we finalize the agreement with the creditor and the payment is made to pay-off your account in full at that reduced amount.
  6. Your creditors will report to the credit bureaus that you accounts are either reported “paid” or “settled in full”, and they will report a zero balance on that account.

In as little as 12-48 months, we can handle most if not all of your unsecured debts so that you can enjoy the freedom of owing no money.  We have experts in debt, negotiation and collections on staff so this gives us the ability to handle almost any situation we come up against.

Rise Above Debt Relief - America’s most trusted company for Debt negotiation.

After enrolling in the Rise Above’s program, your life becomes much simpler.  All you have to do is set-aside an affordable amount each month into a savings account you control.  We are available to handle questions, problems, creditor calls, monthly statements, admistrative issues, and negotiations.

Once you enroll in the program, our first goal is to use our expert experience to do our best in stopping the creditors from calling you.  We take charge of the situation, creating more freedom and security in your life.  We change your creditor account addresses and contact information.  So hopefully without the headaches and annoyances of hassling with monthy statements, creditors and collection agencies, life will become a little easier.

As you save money, we negotiate with  your creditors.   Typically, we negotiate your balances to 40-60% LESS than what you originally owed.  For example, if you owe $10,000 to your creditors, we should be able to reduce the amount you owe to $5,000 or less.  When  you are ready, the creditor will be sent the rediced amount, one creditor at a time.  After each settlement, you will recieve legal proof that you owe them no more money - you are out of DEBT with that creditor.

Title: Breaking the Generational Chain of Debt: One step at a time.

October 19th, 2007

“Tragedy can strike anybody, and the results can be devastating”, says Jeff Boulton, President of Rise Above Debt Relief.Jeff Boulton is this week’s guest of DealWire, a weekly eLetter from DoublePositive.“It is discouraging to see how credit cards are exploiting all age groups and demographics. People just don’t know or have a solution.”It is no secret the number of individuals incurring higher debt loads is increasing daily. What motivates Boulton is the ability to do something about it.“The industry would be better served to continue to educate those that just don’t understand their options. People are uneducated”, states Boulton. Boulton sees and is saddened by the chain of family members in debt and the capitulation by the industry in general to help out.“It is clear that if a company spends the time and truly cares about their prospect, that the generational chain of bad credit failure can be broken, once and for all.”“We see entire families driven to debt based upon permissive business rules and lack of understanding.”Boulton believes that demand for Debt services is so great that there will never really be a shortage of clients to help. Boulton doesn’t pass judgment on any Debt Settlement company and understands that most truly do care about their client needs. He would like to see and hear across the industry that everyone truly is in the business to help the prospect instead of the quick sale.“I’d like to see all debt settlement companies seeking to listen in detail and assist their clients in such a way to provide a better standard of living.”When asked, what exactly he would expect from the average company, Boulton replied, “Fundamental principles such as budgeting, understanding responsibility as a credit card holder, and the ability to manage cash flow are all imperative to getting out of debt.”These seem like simple principles but it is common for a client to be dis-engaged in the process.“We continue to see the upward tick of the number of individuals in debt and the average debt load.”Boulton does believe a sea of opportunity does exist for his clients. Based on the changes, he feels he can actually afford to take on a true client services solution.Boulton believes that all debt settlement companies have plenty of opportunity to serve their prospects in a professional and thorough manner.“Just two years ago we saw the average debt load range of $10-15,000 move to $25-30,0000. This represents both the number of clients and the size of the debt.”

“I don’t think we understand the surmountable problem that is at hand!  Because the countries debt problem has been slow and subtle over the decades we have failed to recognize the beast that has been growing, and if not tamed can literally do some serious damage to our country and its future.   No matter what, we will continue to service, educate, and care about the individual families that are wrestling with this beast”.
